My head gasket is gone. Destroyed. I had no injury / injuries going into the fight. I was throwing kicks, planted and jumping, all throughout camp as well as backstage before the fight. This came out of nowhere. I am beyond dark here. I can only describe it as hell.
With the most anticipation and yet the heaviest heart, tonight was devastating, no one wants to lose or win a fight this way but this doesn’t take away from what Conor McGregor has done for the UFC and the sport; he will always be a legend of the sport. Congratulations to Max, who with all the grace, saw something wasn’t right and instead of capitalizing on a moment looked to the ref to signal something was wrong, true sportsmanship. Hopefully we do get to see them run it back and watch two warriors fight for the last time.
Conor McGregor was told that Justin Gaethje will be in attendance at UFC 329 and wants to punch him in the face
“Join the queue, he won the belt fair play to him but Holloway put him face down ass up. I don’t know if I’ll go to 155 but … less of the disrespect you f*****g bum”
Legendary QB Tom Brady, says “There’s no greater passer of the football than #Packers Aaron Rodgers. You see everyone do it, and then you see one person, throw the ball that much better, Aaron Rodgers was incredible.”

Stephen A Smith DESTROYS Lebrons GOAT Case
"He played 23 years,he still has 2 less titles than Michael Jordan, Michael Jordan played all 82 games 8 times, how many times did Lebron do it?, Michael Jordan is a 10x Scoring Champion, how many times did Lebron do it?, Michael Jordan is 9x All Nba defensive player, how many times did Lebron do it?, theres nothing to discuss. Michael Jordan averaged over 30 in the postseason 7 times, how many times did Lebron do it?, theres nothing to discuss, hes approaching year 24 and still has 2 less titles"

Shane Battier on Miami LeBron and why LeBron is the GOAT:
“For as good as you think he was, he was that much better. I’m biased, but when people say LeBron or MJ, I say LeBron did something twice, that I don’t think Jordan could ever do once. He won two NBA titles with Shane Battier as his starting PF. I love Mike, one of the greatest of all time but LeBron did it twice with me as his bum ass PF….. The force, intelligence, he didn’t have a weakness when he was in his prime. There was no answer for him. He was like the Queen on the chess board. Could do everything.”

“I love how Giannis treats the Bucks organization, he treats them like 'screw y'all. I don't care what y'all gotta say', meanwhile they've given all his brothers an opportunity to play NBA basketball.”

Shane Gillis has an amazing Trump impression but Adam Ray’s confused/scared Biden face is one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen. Shane can’t even look at him without breaking character. 😂😂
If a commander has the complete confidence and trust of his men, there is nothing he cannot do. If a commander loses the confidence of his men, he cannot succeed. — Bernard Montgomery, Military Leadership

David Goggins on the Huberman Lab podcast:
“Every day I wake up and do the one thing I hate most in the world — running — like I love it. That’s where the willpower lives.”
He explains why he still smoke-jumps into wildfires for months every year, losing millions in speaking fees:
“If I just became a speaking monkey 12 months a year… I’d ruin the exact thing I worked my entire life to build.”
The anterior mid-cingulate cortex (the brain’s willpower center) grows when you force yourself into discomfort you hate.
Stop → it shrinks.
Keep forcing it → it stays massive.
“I go back to ground zero. No Goggins. No carry boats. Just David Goggins. Nobody. That’s where my growth is. That’s where my willpower comes from.”
He deliberately caps external success to protect the internal strength that lets him look any man in the eye and speak truth without flinching.
“That feeling is worth every dime I’ve ever made in my life.”
This clip is from 2024, but the message never ages.
What’s the one thing you hate doing… that you know you need to keep doing anyway to stay sharp?
