@UPS This is the 5th time this year time you tell me that my item will be delivered next day but then reschedule it to 3 days away - when I will not be at home!! AND although I have your “My Choice” App I am still unable to reschedule to another day or to a neighbour. USELESS!!

@Fedex I had an email telling me my item would be delivered between 09.10 and 13.10 today. At 15.00 checked Fedex Website then it said “by18.00”. At 18.15 the Website saying “By end of Day”. It is now 20.17 and still no item. The Bot tells me it “may be delivered tomorrow”. WTF?

The worst delivery experience from this “Premium” service. Again, they have changed delivery Dates & Times at random, require a Signature and don’t allow a way of redirecting a delivery without joining their special “Club”. My delivery is now 8 hours overdue! Where is it???
