It's not a given that .agent is a winner at all. IN fact, more likely to flop.

Also, it'll be years away.

A few things: 1) He built that mail thing for himself. 2) He open sourced it. 3) you're probably right, he now has to spend a lot of time attending to email deliverability and other issues that crop up.

Ahmed is audacious though and analytics are free anyway if you wanted to install umami or Plausible. Funnily enough they follow Marc's model of open sourcing yet charging for hosting a version.
