Hello @TeamYouTube Unfortunately I just received another false strike on my YouTube channel for a video that I did NOT link anything that breaks sale of regulated goods policies. I never put transaction links in my videos, so the risk of any breach is next to 0%.

I have been uploading videos for years and have had tens of false strikes/warnings that you have removed if you can please thoroughly check this one.

Please can you get someone that is unbiased to review this carefully, as a channel that has been uploading this content for almost 5 years now it is concerning to be dealing with such treatment and issues when being fully compliant. As mentioned this has happened tons of times to me and others within the industry and they seem to be false strikes that end up getting removed which you can see down below.

While you're looking into it, please also review my original strike and warnings as I haven't done anything wrong and we are certain of it. I have over 1000 videos of the same content on my channel without any issues, and nothing has changed lately at all.

I think I have to clarify these things publicly, as this treatment is not only unjust but a big detriment to creators like myself who have gone above and beyond to comply with YouTube's terms and conditions on every single policy. Every time stamp provided for strikes has nothing to do with regulated goods and the ONLY link we ever show in videos is https://t.co/aZebocvq6w which is a site that raises awareness around gambling addiction and is NOT a transaction link, nor sale of regulated goods.
