@SkyCricket Kane Williamson, arguably the most technically correct batter on the circuit bats on off stump. An off stump guard does not make your head fall over. Your head falling over makes an off stump guard a poor choice.
@SkyCricket Steve smith covers off stump, but because his head gets into such a great position, he hardly ever misses straight balls. Marnus Labuschagne is another thatβs usually very precise with his head and usually doesnβt get out LBW.
@SkyCricket just watching your piece on off stump guards. Nasser spoke about an off stump guard making you play across straight balls. If your head goes into line of the ball, you can still play straight. It opens up the leg side, and allows you to be aware of your off stump.
