Made healthy pizza for dinner. Used ground chicken for the bread just spread out nice and thin cook it to crisp. Add the sauce and toppings toss that bad boy right back in the oven to cook some more. I get my pizza craving and not feel gross. Eating healthy isn’t so bad.

Was so exhausted yesterday between work and having to wash the 3 work vans. I ate a heavy filled protein dinner and passed the fuck out. Woke up did my morning workout doing 5 more pushups than the day before non stop. Up to 35 which for me is good. Still angry for no reason which I should be happy it’s Friday. Let the weekend begin soon we all need it.
