@benboyang78@LucyGoBag It’s discrimination arising from disability. The words may have been involuntary made due to a disability. It’s got everything to with disability, and sadly you are just displaying your ignorance by your post.
@Astr0nomical___@SugarZero01@1985BRS19@nursebro01@LucyGoBag Oh, so people with disabilities are not welcomed to partake in society because they have an involuntary manifestation of their disability? Right…. I feel your physical appearance is atrocious, thus, can you kindly refrain from going outside your home.
@vibrosean@nursebro01@LucyGoBag Wrong, this is a classic example of a EA 2010, s 15 claim. That is, discrimination arising from disability. While a defence may exist, there 100% is a case.
Today the Dane honoured his family by mountaineering with dynamite among the clouds and snow. However, it was the Austrian mountain goat, who impressed with his steady but firm yodelling. #Giro#Giro26#GirodItalia
With gloomy gravel & glowing red blood running down his face, Yates honoured the stomping grounds of the great Bulgaria-Byzantine Wars. The battle with the knolly slippery tarmac took many souls, but 1 man showed his warriorship & motivation for more. #Giro#Giro26#Yates
@SabersKnight@StevenCambian 2/2 However, have yet to see the majority of Steven Cambrian’s content on DW, but from what I’ve seen so far, it does not appear to have been unlawful or “kicking a man while down”. It, does however, appear DW was very sensitive but loved and bragged about the public life.
@SabersKnight@StevenCambian So is it reasonable to say:
1. Had DW removed himself from public life, there would have been no opportunity to make fun of him?
Scamming, per definition scamming is selling “products/services” misleadingly or through misrepresentation. Which it appears DW did do. 1/2
@SabersKnight@StevenCambian Lastly, following your logic did the IRS also harass, stalk, and now have blood on their hand, for asking tax to be paid? After all, that’s one of the main reasons, along being scammed out of ~$2m by Stavatti, that caused his “property, starvation and financial troubles”
@sinixt3r@UltimateProfes0@baker_girlie Look at the vehicle’s left head light. When they stop her (with the sign sticking out of the back), there’s no damage. Later on, there is damage to the vehicle left head light. So unless she smashed her car while they were had her pulled over, it’s fake.
@NoToDigitalID Technically you are both correct and erroneous simultaneously. What they are enforcing is on their Apple ID services. However, given how integrated AppleID is into the usability of Apple’s phone and tablet products, it can be argued to be a OS level age verification.
@PeteThe794 FYI, the Online Safety Act 2023 is a conservative act. While Labour should have abolished it, your grievance should be direct toward most of your political party’s ex-conservatives……
@Cliffinkent@silkiecarlo@Apple Technically wrong. If you verify through driving license, it’s correct Apple doesn’t store the data, HOWEVER, a digital signature and the encrypted photo of driver’s license is sent to the DVLA. The DVLA does store this digital signature identifier + copy of the driving license.
