@Bitcoin_Teddy There’s a difference between “Forward Deployment” of your forces and “Defending”. The intention of the US has always been that any future battle will not be fought in the USA - therefore there are US troops already deployed in ready positions for this purpose.

So much for the new @scotrail and @CalMacFerries agreement. Arran ferry arrived 17:45, train left at 17:49. Result - only about 6 passengers (out of 50+) able to sprint for the train. 1 hour wait for the next service. Integrated transport needs to integrate or it doesn’t work!

2. IMHO, VAR should be operated in the same way as Rugby - the referee should request a review only if THEY feel it is required, otherwise the on field decision stands. They should not be told to review by anyone else.
