@AirbnbHelp I've sent you my email address and you've been less than helpful. Pointing me back to the support center who doesn't accept ANY documentation from the government. How is this documentation not proof of not being able to travel!?

@Airbnb_uk I want a refund. I booked before the 14th March for a date between 14/3 - 31/05, so apparently, I'm covered. So why don't you give me my money back?
The government has restricted travel and are enforcing it, your policy covers this so why am I having issues?

@satwondering @honeygin2 @Airbnb_uk I'm having the same issue too! Whatever I send them they don't accept! None essential travel is being enforced by the police so we would effectively be breaking the law yet they won't accept this is restricted travel?!
