@GemmaAZ18 @mamboitaliano__ Completely agree! Had 20 lbs I gained that wouldn’t budge no matter diet working out 5x/wk. Hormones/thyroid were normal. PCP said it was perimenopause. Started Tirzepatide and I only have 9 left to lose. I still work out and eat healthy but it is helping when nothing else did.
