First grade was happy to pause our reading of the book I Like Myself in order to cheer on our FW Special Olympics athletes as they returned from the games in Wilmington! Great job, everyone!! Way to represent!
I see this in my 13 y.o. She wants her time alone, but also still wants to be the kid who wants to be with her family all the time. The conflict is real. My 11 year old isn't there yet, but the clock is ticking. Will I be ready? Will you be ready when it's your kid's turn?
