Had an appointment Monday to talk to Doctor about new ADHD meds.
It was at 3:30, I had a reminder set at 2 so I could wrap up any work project and set up the computer for the virtual appt.
I missed the appt.
I forgot about it until 3:48
If that doesn't say I need new meds...
