@BarryMcAree @MarkBagnallSurg Surgical doctors (juniors and consultants) are covered by Bolam test of reasonable body of professionals.
Non-medical staff (SCPs, PAs) will not be covered by Bolam and therefore much easier to prove negligence in case of breach of duty. May be a risk for Trusts allowing this.
