@SandbagLTD with how awful you’ve treated us paying customers I hope that this information gets back to steps & they take serious action. the way we’ve been treated also makes the band look bad as it is their merchandise! @OfficialSteps is there anything you can do to help me?
@SandbagLTD you have taken money for goods you have not been able to full fill!! You also blatantly ignore my requests & if you do respond it’s the same copy & pasted script I’ve received everytime! DIABOLICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
@SandbagLTD again you’ve failed to keep to your advertised turn around time of 24 hours! I am yet again having to chase you regarding my complaint! I have emailed, rung, left voicemails & now resulted to Twitter & you still ignore me!! I want to be contacted immediately!!
Spread word. Many children are being sent home by school due to someone in class / year group bubble testing +ve for Covid.
If so, and you then can't work due to needing to be home with them, this (not just NHS test & trace) can trigger the £500 payment for those on low incomes.

@SandbagLTD@OfficialSteps I would like to be contacted regarding my complaint immediately I left my telephone number on the voicemail. Your customer service is not good enough & it’s not taken for me to contact the band regarding this because of your lack of communication!!
@SandbagLTD@OfficialSteps I am appalled at the level of service I have received from sandbag! Still not received my order I placed back in March & all correspondence from you is not good enough. Raised a complaint on 10th June heard nothing!! Rung today to chase yet again!!
