The ability to move on is one of the most underrated skills in life.
So many people are still holding on to a breakup, a lost job, a missed opportunity, or even their high school or college days, things that happened 5 or 10 years ago.
You can’t let your past or your failures define who you are today.
When you don’t let go, you walk around jaded, carrying pain in your eyes, stress in your body, and misery in your energy.
Over time, you even start to lose your ability to feel emotions fully, joy, excitement, love, it all starts to fade.
At some point, you have to release it all and make room for new beginnings.
Access to information is way too easy for people to still be peddling these misconceptions

Vary your training, ensure most of your runs are easy pace, keep up with your stretches and your body will be healthier long term
boundaries with yourself can look like:
⁃having a bedtime
⁃not believing all thoughts as truth
⁃sticking to your non-negotiables
-saying “no” even to yourself
⁃staying disciplined
⁃sticking to your word
-eating to nourish, not to numb
