@British_Airways just had my second compensation case closed with no resolution. This was for a flight cancelled back in MAY resulting in us missing a day of our holiday, our wedding and paying to stay at Heathrow. We were reassured by your ground staff we’d be compensated.
@British_Airways Hi there, my flight to Orlando was cancelled in May so I’ve put in a claim and when I track the case it says it’s closed but I’ve not heard anything from BA via email or anything with a resolution? Will it follow? Worried it’s just been closed without discussion
@O2 hi there, I can’t activate my eSIM on my iPhone 15 as my old iPhone 12 doesn’t support it and I can’t find the QR code anywhere! Currently can’t even get in to my o2 account as they have to send a text to confirm it’s me but I have no mobile service!
Website that you won’t be reimbursed if you ‘CHOOSE’ to fly from a different airport. I had no choice in the matter, both flights out of Gatwick the next day were fully booked. Sort it out @British_Airways 🙃
Was told to wait to be emailed our new flight details, mine had gone from a direct flight to Orlando to an indirect flight to Charlotte onwards to Orlando leaving from Heathrow. I was told there was no customer service in Gatwick to help but we’d be directed to a desk…
When we fly cross Atlantic but the way they handled their own mistake and some how turned it in to my problem is beyond bad customer service! I’m awaiting to hear back if I’ll get the compensation I’m due, but considering they have it plastered all over their
Home and ready to rant about @British_Airways 😅 Had our flight from Gatwick cancelled after a 3 hour delay (when your entitled to a snack voucher btw) was told we’d be rebooked on whatever they could fit us on whether that was from Heathrow or Gatwick. Waited another hour or so
One thing that seems to be flying under the Epic Universe announcement radar is the fact that Spielberg is a creative consultant on this project. Which is fantastic. #EpicUniverse
