What do you get when you mix punk rock with modern dance? The answer - for real - may surprise you. Check out @milezerodance + #SNFU + @RebuildRepair + more at the Hilltop Pub this weekend. Interview here: https://t.co/Pgis7z7bKr
Hey we're the odd men out on this indie bill at @AviaryEdmonton next weekend (Jan. 19) Come have a drink with us before asking yourself why you're watching a man who can't sing bark over… https://t.co/eQPubO3vlU
Today's History of Punk had music from Rebuild/Repair, AK-747s, Wares, Propagandhi, Renegados, & Breagan Smith! Plus Michael MacDonald joined the show to talk about Hornby Island, gentrification, & his ethnographic film WE'RE TOO LOUD!

@theonejrf I have a massive admiration for her bravery and morality. I just think maybe the way we view anyone on the left we like doesn't leave a ton of room for nuance and sets people up to be utterly crushed by very human actions and mistakes
My favourite thing about the Edmonton punk scene is how supportive the bands are.*looks around and sees the band before this and all their friends have left* Ohhh...
@burnstand It works surprisingly well as a boost (especially with JFET-based solid state amps) or stacked in front of another distortion, if you keep the drive knob down the beehive sound it's known for isn't quite as bad
