@zennioptical Customer service has already been reached out to. But their solution was just to tell me they will send out a new order.
I had to push to even get my rush shipping refunded.
Nobody I have talked to in your support department feels it's even a big deal, it's incredibly frustrating

Spent $80, including rush shipping, so my Son could have replacement glasses before we left for vacation from @zennioptical

Took about 10 days to show up. They literally sent nothing but a piece of measuring cardboard. That's it.

How does a company screw this up that bad?

We raised just over $4000 for @ExtraLife4Kids on #EXTRALIFE game day playing 24 hours of @BloodClocktower ! Was an amazing day. Thanks to everyone who participated and helped us make it happen.

We will see if we can top it next year!
