@CDGalpha 'You chase every reply' is the line that does the damage. It's the one task with no deadline attached, so it's always the first one that gets dropped.
@roshannnkumar Paid, then silent is its own kind of stressful. Usually it's not you โ the decision-maker changed, or their priority did. One direct 'want me to pause this?' gets an answer faster than three polite check-ins.
@ChelfcAbby Get every scope change written into the thread you're already emailing in. Verbal approvals evaporate the second a bookkeeper opens the contract.
@noahiglerSEO SEO gets them to send the enquiry. whether it turns into a job is decided by whether anyone chases the quote afterwards. Worth a section on that, it's where most of the spend leaks.
@jarydesign And then question four, which the website can't answer: does anyone follow up when I don't reply to the quote? Most home service companies lose more there than on the site.
@EditSatyjeet This is the whole game, and almost nobody does it. The deal was never lost; it was just waiting for someone to bring it back up. That's the exact bit we built Recaly to handle. Waitlist open, first 1000 free.
@TanzilaSha9574 Recaly an AI follow-up assistant for people who lose money to forgotten emails. Finds the thread that went quiet, drafts the nudge in your tone; you tap approve. email and whatsapp. Waitlist open, first 1000 free.
@Alexie_Ai The one-line email works because it's easy to answer. Three 'any updates?' emails ask them to write you a paragraph. The fourth one asks them to type a single word.
@Bha74142Shivani The teammate framing is right, but trust gets earned per task not per product. Our drafts every client follow-up and sends nothing without a tap. That one constraint is why people actually kept using it. Waitlist open, first 1000 free.
@defyneric 43-day average collection, and almost none of that is due to disputes. It's just nobody sending the third email. We're building Recaly for the small end of this โ one-person businesses and contractors. It drafts the nudge; you tap approve. Waitlist open, first 1000 free.
@MatthewBerman@bot Inbox zero is the easy half. The hard half is the agent knowing which of those threads deserves a reply from you today. Sorting is basically solved; judgment isn't.
@sripathiteja4@FabraixHQ This is why we made the approval step mandatory instead of optional. An agent that can read your inbox is useful; one that can send from it unsupervised is a liability with your name on it.
