I don't know why this gets your panties up in a bunch, Islam is a low activity champion.

@CptFluffy25 @DovySimuMMA @arielhelwani There's a cutoff you have to make when calling someone inactive. Every 6.5 vs 7.5 actually is a pretty big difference, fighting 15% less frequent. Holland is there for a measuring stick, the most active guy you could imagine. Fighting every 6 months is average, 7.5 is inactive.

@SICKYDOESMMA Aged doesn't mean they're automatically washed. It just means they're worse than they used to be, with more mileage, worse chin, slower & likely worse cardio. They can still be very good past-prime. I don't fancy Ilia's chances against 2020 Volkanovski.
