Number day.
On Friday the children enjoyed lots of number themed activities where they got to practice their number recognition and formation skills. #EYFSatSTP #MathsatSTP

Reception have been amazing helpers saving the dinosaurs, using their fine motor skills to help the dinosaurs escape. 🦕#EYFSatSTP

We had a fun filled December here in reception, Making many Christmas crafts, working at Santa’s workshop, a visit to church and to finish the term we had an amazing Christmas party. We hope you all had a well deserved break an amazing Christmas and happy new year. #EYFSatSTP

Reception did an amazing job in their nativity ‘Honkey Tonkey Donkey’ they worked so hard learning all the songs and we loved all your amazing dancing. Well done reception. #EYFSatSTP

Reception had their first school trip yesterday, we had lots of fun watching ‘jack and the beanstalk’ and the children represented our school beautifully. #EYFSatSTP

It is the 1st of December today which means we will begin our class ‘Bookvent’. Thank you everyone for bringing your favourite stories for us to read everyday. #EYFSatSTP

We had an exciting morning today learning all about healthy smoothies, The children even got to try a smoothie. #EYFSatSTP

Reception have been learning about the importance of Remembrance Day and how poppies are significant. They then created some amazing poppy pictures using paint and buttons. We also worked as a class to create a beautiful Remembrance Day poem. #EYFSatSTP

In maths we have been learning all about Circles and Triangles, the children used their knowledge of the shapes to describe what they had chosen from the mystery bag and sorted the shapes into the correct hoops. #EYFSatSTP #MathsatSTP

Yesterday we had a class discussion all about the meaning of Bonfire night, the children then had lots of fun making some firework pictures. 🎆#EYFSatSTP #ARTatSTP
