Sue Bird says they're gonna skip over the missed FTs and Caitlin goes "Oh no, that was terrible. That's not okay"
Nobody is a bigger critic of Caitlin than herself😭😭😭
When the Chicago Bulls promoted Phil Jackson to Head Coach in 1989, Michael Jordan was averaging 32.5ppg, 8.0rpg, and 8.0apg.
MJ was a 5x All-Star. He had won the Defensive Player of the Year award. He was All-NBA 1st team, and All-Defensive 1st team.
He was the league’s leading scorer, and he was the 2x League MVP.

Phil Jackson, a relative nobody, and a rookie Head Coach walked in on day 1, and told the team that he was scrapping the offense.
Michael Jordan was LIVID!!! Why ruin a good thing?!!!!! He was on top of the WORLD, and the Bulls had just lost to the Detroit Pistons in the Eastern Conference Finals.
Phil explained to the team that the Bulls were never going to beat the Detroit Pistons running an offense where MJ iso’d at the top of the key, and played 1-on-5.
He introduced the triangle, an offensive concept that stressed constant ball movement, and made it much tougher for teams to focus entire defensive schemes on stopping ONE player.
After initially resisting these changes, Michael Jordan reluctantly bought in.
2 years later he was an NBA Champion.

During Caitlin Clark’s rookie year, she averaged 19 points, 5 rebounds, and 9 assists.
Her TEAM sucked, finishing the year with a record of 20-20 before losing in the 1st round of the playoffs.
The Head Coach was fired following the conclusion of that failed season.
She was replaced by Stephanie White. Stephanie White immediately coached the Fever to within ONE GAME of the WNBA Finals withOUT Caitlin Clark.
Stephanie is now asking Caitlin Clark to buy into her offensive philosophy. Caitlin is refusing to do so, sulking, and even quitting on the team in multiple games.
If MJ at the HEIGHT of his individual success could sacrifice his personal preferences for the sake of TEAM success….!!!!
I know u wanted Sides gone but i stand on what I said before that the team looked amazing the second half of the year & the firing her after 1 year with CC was a disservice... especially when you didn't have an amazing coach to replace her
The big 3 used to strike fear in WNBA teams... Caitlin as the engine, Kelsey as the best off ball player in the league, Aliyah being Aliyah...
The Fever's pace used to be unstoppable while being arguably the best show in sports...
This team no longer exists...
