Mental Health Awareness Week 🎬
This week is our chance to shine a light on why our Charity exists: to support the mental health of everyone working behind the scenes.
Mental health affects us all, but our research reveals those working off-camera are at higher risk of anxiety, low moods, and depression.
💬 With this year’s theme, ‘Community Matters,’ we're going to be celebrating the power of community in improving mental wellbeing.
From peer-support groups to networking events, socials, and beyond - we're going to be highlighting how connecting with others can make a real difference.
Together, we can build stronger, more supportive networks.
Let’s make mental health a priority, one community at a time. Stay tuned for tips and ways to get involved! ✨
