Oh good. A takedown and a copyright strike on YouTube for my review of Hereditary from the last episode of the podcast. What the fuck did I infringe upon? There's no video, the only music in it is mine, and everything else is Sam and I yammering at each other.
Ep. 104 is live! It's Sam and Rec versus what's being called the scariest movie of the year, @AriAster's @HereditaryMovie! The Recluse explains why this movie is a great experiment for your friends, if you're a little bit crazy.

Ep. 103 is finally here! It's our longest episode EVER (referred to by the wrong number for the entire episode and only a week late)! Just don't tell [REDACTED] about it.
Movies:
A Quiet Place (2018)
Let the Right One In (2008)
Let Me In (2010)

As a side note, if anyone knows how to get a computer for next to nothing without cost to my dignity or committing a crime, hit a girl up. I think my current rig runs off of human misery, and although I have SO much of that to give, AC power seems to work well for others.
Just a friendly update on the progress of episode 103: My editing software crashed for the second time tonight, and if it happens again, there's a real danger of my flinging this computer right out the window, so I think I'm calling it a night.
Ep. 103 will unfortunately not be coming out tonight, it's simply too long to edit right now, but hopefully it will please you to know it will feature 3 well-known full-length movies and an anecdote I stole from someone else! Sam's birthday is this weekend, so let's blame him?
Ep. 102! The disappointments never end tonight! In the ep., Sam and Rec discuss the latest entry into the Tremors series. The hosts later chat about nerd movies, David Cage's Detroit: Become Human, and Rec's fifty-point plan to steal all of Sam's friends.

I've reviewed three of the four of these on the podcast, all pretty positively. Going to have to check out You Were Never Really Here! https://t.co/AXu5b93hDW
As being a creator, these 4 movies are the ones that poked my heart and gave me the courage in this year so far. “Raw”, “Annihilation”, “MOTHER!” and “You Were Never Really Here”.
Recluse Horror is back for Mother's Day in Ep. 101! Tonight, Rec and guest Kira talk Desolation, a horror movie featuring a mother and son, moving on to anime, various topics related to cubes, internet conspiracies, and strange horror-related video games.

Having serious issues with my editing software trying to get this episode ready for human consumption, and I'm way out of time for the night. Apparently, it's as rusty as I am, today. I'll do everything in my power to get the episode up by tomorrow night. (Dlfkgjdflgkdjf!!)
Had to fix something on the Friday the 13th episode, so the new version is at this shiny new URL. People always tried to tell me Friday the 13th is bad luck, and while I'm still a skeptic, it IS pretty funny I screwed something up on that particular day.

@AnthonyMelton @BloodyCutsFilms @little_horror Damn, I read those books WAY too many times not to make that guess sooner, even if it is slightly different. I think Sam and I started talking about football after the podcast which reminded me of when Eddie was singing the Liverpool FC song which reminded me of the line. Hahaha
Ep. 99! Sam won't stop dying on The Recluse's birthday (or the podcast)! In the episode, the hosts discuss another film from the great @BloodyCutsFilms team of @little_horror and @AnthonyMelton, The Cabinet in the Woods. Don't panic!

@AnthonyMelton @BloodyCutsFilms @little_horror Hahaha, thanks! The line I was talking about was "Oh bollocks, not again." I realized shortly after recording this that it was POSSIBLY a Douglas Adams reference, but I'm not 100% on that. Is that what it was?
