That line is on the Illinois bodycam after Walmart loss prevention stopped her for unpaid merchandise. She treats male contact during the arrest as forbidden while the stop itself is treated as negotiable. The circulating account also has her saying Palestinian identity made the items her right.

A request for a female officer, when one is available, is already standard in most departments. It does not erase the detention or the inventory of what was taken. The clip shows the objection continuing after the stop, not a search policy being ignored.
