5 years ago today I went Christmas shopping with my sister, her boyfriend & their very good friend at the time. That good friend overdosed today. My heart hurts heavy for her & her family.

When I got sober, I had to find things that I enjoyed other than drinking. This was much harder than I thought becuase I could drink and do just about anything. Through my endavours however, Painting and crafts have to be my favorite thing to do in my free time #RecoveryMonth
