Today we are wearing green to stand together for mental health 💚Green represents hope, healing and support.

Mental health can affect anyone, and no one should feel that they have to struggle alone 🫂

Sometimes the things we struggle to say out loud can be expressed through art, poetry and creativity.

We've been reflecting & have decided to open the community cafe 1 day to begin with & expand as we embed.

What a fantastic time we had at our first community event on Saturday! Thank you all for coming!

We've decided 12th September is too long to wait until the next one and we're going to have another one on the 18th July!
