@winstarvander "a cascading catastrophe that would suck Windsor down into a new circle of fiscal hell not yet seen" https://t.co/DP8zSqGfOD

[Mark Boscariol @RecreatingBosco]

@RCPWindsor At a minimum all councillors enhanced budget requests should be made public so taxpayers can how their priorities compare

[Mark Boscariol @RecreatingBosco]

@RCPWindsor Budget manipulated. waiving Patio fee shown in red indicating cause of tax increase-City staff parking discounts shown different

[Mark Boscariol @RecreatingBosco]

@RCPWindsor .Keiran, don't underestimate value of aesthetics. I may not like artificial grass, but like what they did on Dougall/Ouellette

[Mark Boscariol @RecreatingBosco]

@RCPWindsor Off street parking should be cheaper than on street parking yet it is free on street after 6 tieing up spaces

[Mark Boscariol @RecreatingBosco]

@RCPWindsor Yet again council shows they have no clue how to manage parking as an overall system instead of managing each piece

[Mark Boscariol @RecreatingBosco]

@RCPWindsor Many other small issues. Raising the reviled parking tickets when you could raise revenues in a far more responsible manner.

[Mark Boscariol @RecreatingBosco]

@RCPWindsor Would like to hear any specific areas of Budget Chamber likes or dislikes

[Mark Boscariol @RecreatingBosco]

@RCPWindsor I can't believe they underestimated lifeguards by Half. An auditor General could have held someone accountable for that

[Mark Boscariol @RecreatingBosco]

@RCPWindsor Mayor stated importance of brand but Arts & culture is #1 contributor to making a city distinct and unique & sense of place

[Mark Boscariol @RecreatingBosco]

@RCPWindsor By viewing any requests for cost benefit of FINA we can't even measure difference between FINA and Hockey to set goals for FINA

[Mark Boscariol @RecreatingBosco]

@RCPWindsor Mayor took credit for drawing letterman to Windsor, when we have a celebrity attraction Machine right under his nose with WIFF

[Mark Boscariol @RecreatingBosco]

@RCPWindsor Keep in mind WIFF never asked for a handout, just asked city not to charge them fees. Imagine the celebrities WIFF could draw?!

[Mark Boscariol @RecreatingBosco]

@RCPWindsor Average doesnt' take into account disparity in different sectors. Industrial we're not competitive. Multi res NOT competitive
