If you’re still waiting on a “full ride” that hasn’t been offered yet, you may still be sitting at home when classes begin.

Most scholarships outside of NCAA D1 are packaged through a combination of academic aid, FAFSA grants, and athletic money.

Together, those can equal a “full ride,” but most are not full athletic scholarships alone.

Some may still need loans to cover tuition. Some may not.

Kids are turning down D2 hoop opportunities to play JUCO is crazy work!! I was a JUCO player and it did great things for me, but in today’s climate it’s easier to go from a D2➡️D1 than it is JUCO➡️D1.

The NBA is.
So some of you adults need to stop acting like a D2 or NAIA offer means a kid failed.
