@ZUTSzczecin and @BARG_group evaluating the potential of common NDT testing methods for quality assessment of 3DPC. Using various scanning techniques including LIDAR and ground penetrating radar (GPR) it is aimed to adapt them for evaluation of print quality of #3DPC elements.
Recycl3D team participated in V. International Conference Progress of Recycling (V. PRE)🇩🇪! You can read our publication "Optimization of mixture design of 3D printable concrete produced with recycled aggregates from 3D printed concrete waste" here 🔥

1/4 Busy summertime 👷♂️ 👷♀️! In recent days, our team (@fed_kar@Mateusz_Techman) printed a medium-scale demonstration model at the @ZUTSzczecin to verify the performance of our printing setup for mixes containing fine recycled aggregates.
2/2 The presentations “Development of sustainable mixture design of 3D printed concrete (3DPC) containing fine recycled 3DPC aggregate” and “An overview of 3D printing techniques using concrete for construction applications” highlighted recent Consortium's achievements.
1/2 On May 25th-26th the members of RECYCL3D Team (Dr Marcin Hoffmann and @fed_kar) participated in 21st International Conference on Modelling in Mechanics 2023. The Conference was organized by Faculty of Civil Engineering, VSB Ostrava 🇨🇿.
Excited to be part of the incredible scientific conference @vsbtuo! The opportunity to connect with brilliant minds, explore research, and contribute to the advancement of knowledge is truly inspiring. Let's collaborate, innovate, and make a lasting impact together! @Recycl3dE
2/2 The lecture was held within the scope of the ERA-MIN 3 Cofund 2021 project Recycl3D "Recycled aggregates for 3D printed concrete structures". Thank you to Prof. Neithalath for the great lecture! For more information about Recycl3D, visit our website https://t.co/Sg0WTFQwyG
1/2 On May 30, we had the pleasure of hosting Prof. Narayanan Neithalath at @la_UPC and listening to the very interesting lecture "Elucidating Processing-Property Interplay in Fresh and Hardened States for 3D printed concretes".
Project Report entitled: Recycled Aggregates and 3D printing technology: production requirements, printability and way forward (Recycl3D project report D.1.1.) (v. 1.0) has been published on Zenodo platform (#openaccess) 🔥
