This last statement aligns with the Islamic principle of Al-Walaa and Al-Baraa (loyalty and disassociation for the sake of Allah). I m by Faith closer to a Yoruba Muslim that is in far Oshogbo, or an Igbo Muslim in far away Enugu, or an Edo Muslim in Agbede, or even a Chinese or Rohingya Muslim than I am with my blood brother, same father and mother, if he chooses disbelief. In my own Islam, as taught by the Messenger of Allãh, I must not harm anybody, a Mudlim or not. I must pay good with good, done by a Muslim or a non Muslim. And I should forgive evil if I can because it is better, done by a Muslim or a non Muslim. In my own version of Islam, I know of a prostitute woman whom Allãh forgive her sins and admitted her into Jannah because she gave water to a dog that was gasping and about to die out of thirst. I also of a woman whom Allãh promised to put in Hellfire because she imprisoned a cat, refused to give her food and water and denied her from going out to seek for good and water outside. In my Islam, "do not harm anyone, and do not wait and watch anyone harm you" is a doctrine.

Two decisions taken by Mr. VeryDarkman shows he is now on the payroll of those bankrolling the spreading of lies and propaganda against Islam and Muslims in Nigeria.

The surfacing of Mr. VeryDarkman in Jos, Plateau State to call for retaliatory attacks against Muslims for killings that affected both Muslims and Christians in Plateau State is deeply concerning and dangerous, especially coming from a public figure with massive influence. Such actions, critics argue, are reckless, inflammatory, and capable of worsening already fragile tensions if not properly checked and addressed.

Just of recent, for using his social media handles to promote the fabricated lies of Islamization agenda in Nigeria, he has been widely accused of deliberately amplifying narratives that lack credible evidence and contribute to misinformation, suspicion, and division across the country.

Knowingly, Mr. VeryDarkman, a content creator with over a million followers claiming to be an activist, in reality is on the payroll of those targeting the demonization, criminalization and stigmatization of Islam and Muslims in Nigeria, according to strong allegations made by critics who insist his content is not neutral activism but targeted propaganda designed to influence public perception.

For those who don’t know, there is a conspiracy being sponsored targeting the Fulani and the Muslims in Nigeria by some internal forces in collaboration with some foreigners where the bankrolling is believed to be coming from. This is part of wider concerns being raised in public discourse about coordinated misinformation campaigns and targeted narratives affecting national unity and stability.

Not only Mr. VeryDarkman, there are many content creators in the country who are among the rented unscrupulous elements using their social media handles spreading fabricated lies, fake news and propaganda against Muslims in Nigeria. This growing trend has raised serious alarm about the misuse of social media platforms and the urgent need for accountability, regulation, and public awareness.

I hereby urge all peace-loving Nigerians to reject and critically scrutinize content from Mr. VeryDarkman and others who are seen as targeting Muslims in the country. I also call on relevant authorities to investigate such individuals and ensure they are held accountable where there is evidence of misinformation and content capable of inciting division in the country.

Thank be God for the abducted school principal coming out to debunk the lies being promoted by Mr. VeryDarkman and others that those behind the abduction of school children and their teachers in Oyo State are asking for the implementation of Sharia law in Oyo State and also requesting billions in exchange for freeing the children and other abductees. This clarification is seen as an important correction to misleading narratives circulating online and a reminder of the need for verification before spreading sensitive claims.
