This is so insanely corrupt, I can’t even believe it.
More than half the donors to Trump’s $400 million White House ballroom just won over $50 billion in new federal contracts in six months.
And here’s the part that should make your blood boil.
Sixteen of these 27 donors were facing federal enforcement actions, antitrust reviews, labor cases, securities charges. Many of those cases have been quietly dropped or scaled back since Trump took office. You write a check, your legal problems disappear. That’s not a coincidence.
The White House won’t even release the full donor list. They’re hiding it on purpose, because daylight is the one thing pay-to-play can’t survive. A federal judge already ruled ballroom construction has to stop until Congress authorizes it.
Government is supposed to serve the people, not auction itself off to the highest bidder. When access goes to whoever pays the most, working families always end up paying the price.
We either end the corruption, or the corruption will end us.

@GeraldoRivera He hasn’t shown the first sign yet of being what the AG is, the attorney for the people of the United States. Getting Ghislane into a cushier prison and negotiating the slush fund are disqualifying.
Trump reportedly lashed out at Netanyahu during a phone call
Axios, citing a U.S. official, revealed details of a phone conversation between the U.S. president and the Israeli prime minister.
“You’ve completely lost your mind. If it weren’t for me, you’d be in prison. I’m saving your ass. Everyone hates you now. Everyone hates Israel because of this,” Trump allegedly said.
According to the outlet, the heated exchange was triggered by Washington’s concerns that Israel’s actions in Lebanon could derail ongoing U.S.-Iran negotiations.
UPDATE: Scott Pelley called out Bari Weiss, saying in the meeting: "She’s murdering 60 mins. She does not love this place. She was brought in to kill it and is doing exactly that."
@MontyMatt@jeremymbarr And yet has grilled Democrats pretty closely, as any journalist should. For you, even a glancingly skeptical question of a Republican should not be allowed, am I right?
A reminder, all the big American influencers will be in Russia this week.
They say they're going to see the "beautiful churches". Nothing to do with the massive crypto payments they will recieve for promoting Putin's nonsense.
@Riley_Gaines_ I'd count letting a pedophile buddy off with practically no jail time as your preferred candidate for Texas senate has done to be many times worse.
@DeuceoutB@atrupar By all means show us examples of this happening to the Trumpy performers. It doesn’t. We’re not as crazy as you. We’ll wait here for your response.
