@jan_murray https://t.co/kG5lrHkOfW I saw a presentation about this last year. It’s a Spanish initiative which states it can reduce lymph oedema and help recovery. There was a video of a 94 year old shooting a bow with her physio group. Perhaps a softer alternative to Zumba and keep fit

@Stand1986 @samuelluckhurst And earned more money. And similarly dodged more tax. I was taxed PAYE so had no choice but to pay my dues. If you work for a company that applies to you. He chooses not to pay what’s he should. He could pay the £4b he owes and still be a very, very wealthy man.
