[◤◣◤An(ne.)hedonia◤◣◤ @RedBone_Mann]

@AMCTheatres they suck 🤷🏽‍♀️

[◤◣◤An(ne.)hedonia◤◣◤ @RedBone_Mann]

@AMCHelps I just want to speak to a manager but I’ve had 3 phone calls disconnect and have wasted 2 hours of my time on this

[◤◣◤An(ne.)hedonia◤◣◤ @RedBone_Mann]

@AMCHelps I think amc needs more people in their call center because waiting for an hour and a half and being up on doesn’t help me much

[◤◣◤An(ne.)hedonia◤◣◤ @RedBone_Mann]

@AMCTheatres glad I’m getting a refund on my premier membership, your call center doesn’t off us premier members premier customer service

[◤◣◤An(ne.)hedonia◤◣◤ @RedBone_Mann]

@AMCTheatres how does one of your agents get a call back number and then not call a premier member back after the call is disconnected?

[◤◣◤An(ne.)hedonia◤◣◤ @RedBone_Mann]

@AMCTheatres then after 45 minutes of holding for a refund your agent hangs up on me?

[◤◣◤An(ne.)hedonia◤◣◤ @RedBone_Mann]

@AMCTheatres you all have the absolute worst customer service line. First off it’s a Wednesday mid afternoon and you have a 45 minute hold
