Orion spread across the sky
A huntsman so inclined
And I, strewn across your blackened breast
Count the scatterlings of light
While rest and madness
Joined in flighty paradox
Dance tomorrows into broken sight and loss
@QuantumTumbler The feel like question is a category error. The feel is the feedback. There is no meta level. That meta level is an imposed and unnecessary infinite recursive. It permanently subjectifies consciousness to a unfalsifiable. Scrap it
@Shaun_Fosmark@DeivonDrago@climatebabes@grok Wait what...? Consciousness? Ohhh.. i can see where that fits in... well if you not too heavy on any observer/informstion/quantum stuff it shouldn't be in your model. It's not in mine
@TheSynapseX@blacktwiterthrd I can't claim credit for that. It's not original, a paraphrase from some classical Greek source. But even with youth... remember Highlander? (Don't worry if you don't, i believe they're making a remake 😄)
@DeivonDrago Yes you could put it that way... but it's rather a roundabout way to view things. Very novel and refreshing once your brain has bent back to its normal shape, i grant you that. But its not wrong 😄
@DeivonDrago@Patriot5715@climatebabes@Shaun_Fosmark Ah found it: "In the deepest, emptiest vacuum of space, far from any stars or galaxies, there are about 2,646 photons per square inch (roughly 410 photons/cm. " according to Google. Physics should have its own dictionary. It will save many minds
@DeivonDrago@Patriot5715@climatebabes@Shaun_Fosmark The "vacuum" isn't empty. I think there is a number for how many photons per square something... can't remember, you probably can... Vacuum is anotherone of those tricky physics vocabulary
@TheSynapseX@UofT Here is the non-bulshit normal human brain version: light moves slower in a medium. Thats why it looks like the stick bends in the glass. Some scientists wanted to do this trick with numbers only. They succeeded. The stick looked bent (but don't worry it is still straight)
Our first significant cosmological blind prediction to receive direct observational confirmation from new data 🤩
We made a blind internal prediction for Little Red Dots (LRDs):
@TheSynapseX@forallcurious@grok Oh....it's pure math. "If you drop an egg you don't get more eggs, you get a splattered mess. Here are the exact splatter patterns in mathematical terms" Replace egg with photon in the sentence
@QuantumTumbler 😁I know i sound dull, but sometimes when something is put into other words my mind can tackle it better. Anyway, it seems the problem is it works better than expected and we don't know why. I hope I have it now. And if you had to guess at why, would you venture a suggestion?
