The military establishment in Pakistan wants to install a coalition government led by Shahbaz Sharif, which will be a clear violation of the people's mandate and a recipe to disaster. Such a government would have no constitutional, legal or moral authority and justification. This will attract public anger and resentment only. People will not accept such an unconstitutional government under any circumstances what so ever and hence will not honour any of its decisions.
Being a Pakistani, I therefore rightfully request you to press the military establishment of Pakistan to honor the clear mandate of the people of Pakistan given in favour of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf PTI in recent general elections and to facilitate PTI to establish it's government exercising it's constitutional right. So that the IMF can engage and negotiate its affairs with PTI led new elected government of Pakistan that will have a moral and constitutional authority. Subsequently the people of Pakistan will honour and adhere to the decisions of PTI's new government with the IMF wholeheartedly.

The funeral prayers for Balaj were performed amid heightened security measures. He was laid to rest at the local graveyard along the Circular Road in the Shahalam Gate area.
Gogi Butt, Teefi Butt booked for Truckanwala son’s murder
The killer who was shot dead in the crossfire was identified as Muzaffar Hussain, a resident of Sheikhupura district. Lahore police had found his mobile phone and some documents that helped them to identify him.
The official said the suspect was a stranger to all the participants in the wedding party, strengthening the doubts that he had disguised himself as a guest and reached Ameer Balaj.
****History of Enmity***
Balaj’s family has a history of enmities for at least three generations as his grandfather Ameeruddin alias #BillaTruckanwala was also engaged in the feud and he had fallen victim to the enmity in 1998. Balaj’s father Arif Ameer alias #TipuTruckanwala was shot dead by his rivals in 2010. Balaj was of the third generation that fell victim to the gang rivalry.
According to the reports, Balaj had recently joined the PML-N after quitting the PTI.
Sharing the background to the gangsters of Lahore, a police official said the provincial capital had been in the spotlight for many decades when several underworld dons terrorised the Lahorities, particularly, in the second tenure of Shehbaz Sharif as the chief minister in 2008.
He alleged the prime suspects nominated in the murder case of Ameer Balaj, namely #GogiButt and #TeefiButt, were also among the top underworld dons besides Tipu Truckanwala and many others. Some of them were killed by their rivals while others were shot dead in alleged ‘staged encounters’ during the tenure of Shehbaz Sharif.
Prominent among them were Saqib Langra, Mubeen Butt, Aslam Bassa and Naveed Lumbiwala.
About Tipu Truckanwala, the officer said he had no particular criminal record but had enmities with many groups of the walled city of Lahore.
With the passage of time, the police officer said, some underworld dons joined political parties to seek shelter of the senior ruling political figures to avoid criminal cases. He said Gogi Butt and Teefi Butt were also among those who resumed political activities. However, they kept on ruling the city’s crime world by expanding their networks.
Some gangsters of the city, like the Butts, feared that as Balaj would assume significance and they were feeling threatened that he might pose challenges to them in the future.

اولاً کیا یہ شخص اس قابل ہے کہ کوئ زی شعور اور اعلیٰ عہدہ پر تعینات ذمہ دار افسر اس سے ملکی سیاسی صورتحال پر تبادلہ خیال کرے؟
دوئم جہاں تک اس دلیل کا تعلق ہے کہ گھر کے افراد اگر آئس مانگے تو کیا گھر کا سربراہ انہیں ایسا کرنے دے گا؟
انتہائی بچگانہ دلیل ہے۔ صورتحال اسکے برعکس ہے اگر ایک خاندان میں 6 افراد ہوں جنکا نقطہ نظر یہ ہو کہ ہر گھریلو معاملے پر اہل خانہ کی رائے لی جائے جو فیصلہ ہو اس میں انہیں بھی شریک کیا جائے۔ جنکی سوچ ہو کہ ہمسایوں سے تعلقات بہتر رکھنے چاہیئے کسی ہمساے کے دباؤ میں آکر دوسرے ہمسائے سے تعلقات خراب نہ کئے جائیں دوسروں سے قرضہ مانگتے رہنے سے بہتر ہے ہم اپنی آمدنی میں اضافی کیا جائے اخراجات کم کئے جائیں چادر دیکھ کر پاؤں پھیلائے جائیں گھریلو معاملات میں آپس میں مشاورت کی جائے سب افراد سے ایک جیسا سلوک کیا جائے جائز مطالبات پر سزائیں نہ دی جائیں صحت تعلیم کے یکساں مواقع دستیاب ہوں وغیرہ مگر گھر کا سربراہ افراد خانہ کے مطالبات کو کبھی خاطر میں نہ لائے۔ یہ مثال پاکستان کی فی الوقت صورتحال کی عکاس ہے نہ کہ آئس کے نشہ کی مثال۔
یہ بھی ہے کہ اگر کسی خاندان کے سربراہ کا زہنی توازن بگڑ جائے نہ صرف اپنی آپ کو بلکہ دوسروں کو بھی نقصان پہنچائے تو اولاد نہ چاہتے ہوئے بھی نہ صرف اسکو حفاظتی تحویل میں رکھتی ہے بلکہ سنگین صورت میں پاگل خانہ میں بھی داخل کروا دیتی ہے۔
اس وقت ملک عزیز کی اسٹیبلشمنٹ اپنا ذہنی توازن کھو چکی ہے اپنی اصلاح کرنے کی بجائے عوام کو قصوروار ٹھہرا رہی ہے اور انکے جمہوری رویوں اور فیصلوں کو قبول کرنے سے مانع ہے

اگر بڑی پکچر میں دیکھیں تو نظام دین چیف الیکشن کمشنر چیف جسٹس پر پریشر بڑھا رہا ہے فارم 45 کا اشارہ دیکر نواز شریف کو بلیک میل بھی کر رہا ہے یہ فضا بھی بنا رہا ہے کہ نہ تو انتخابات دوبارہ ہوں اور نہ ہی فارم 45 کے مطابق پی ٹی آئی کو دو تہائی اکثریت دی جائے۔ اور اگر ن لیگ حکومت بنانے تو مرکز اور صوبائی دونوں بنائے اگر ن لیگ دونوں حکومتیں نہیں بناتی تو پی ٹی آئی بھی مرکز اور پنجاب میں حکومت نہ بنا سکے اور یہی نگران سیٹ اپ کو کسی طرح طول دیا جائے یعنی نہ مارشل لاء ہو نہ ہی جمہوریت نہ اسٹیبلشمنٹ کے مخالف بولیں نہ آسکے حمایتی آواز بلند کریں۔
