@volcaholic1 Follow GeoNet on NZ. It’s the NZ earthquake reporting service. We had a 5.6 last night which very few felt. 4.8 can be dramatic if it’s close and near the surface, but the same goes for lesser numbers.

@volcaholic1 The flip side is that the Northern lights are generally more spectacular than the Southern Aurora. But the clear skies are something else. Lots of Dark skies in Aotearoa, no doubt Aussie as well.
