@Wolfpac_kookie I feel ya. I can’t pretend to know the answer. I try to find anything to zone out on. Writing works for me. Or binging a comfort show. And I try to just let myself get lost in it rather than trying to really focus on it. I can’t say if life is “worth it” but it has its moments
