Red lion score 6 for the second week running. 35 unbeaten league games 33W 2D. Promotion confirmed and an absolute gargantuan game next week which will most likely decide the title.

Last minute equaliser against Crookes from 2-0 down. We’ve got them to play again in April for a title decider.

Gaffer and a veteran in Bill B coming out of retirement to make numbers up this week. A really really good result.

Today’s a biggy. Top of the table Crookes at hillsborough college. Both unbeaten, they’ve played about 8 games more than us. Should be a good un.

Back in the swing of things after over 2 months without a game.

A win over stocksbridge with a bare 11 teal is the highlight of the games.

Today we take on tough division one opponents Brunsmeer in the cup.

Missing a few but if we’re serious about us being division one fodder, it’s a good marker to hold ourselves to.

Today we’re back in the cup against division 1 side Brunsmeer. No changing rooms. Doncaster. Sheffield has a pitch problem.

Tomorrow’s game is postponed early doors after a pitch inspection this morning.

A dominant first half saw us play some of our best football in memory which took us in 4-0 at HT.

Slight lapses in concentration to concede 2 consolations but a hammering nonetheless.

Refreshing playing on a pitch with grass on it and not our unplayable home pitch.

Red lion look to extend their unbeaten start to the season as we take on Sheffield International in Rotherham.

A game between two footballing sides, ruined by the state of our home pitch (£1750 a season) and some very questionable refereeing decisions on both sides.

Battled back from 3-1 with a man less. Loads of positives to take. Unbeaten in 25 league games.

Red Lions first half goals see us through to the next of the cup.

Job done in the 1st half with a bench made up of the gaffer and a recovering captain. Top notch to ease the game out.

Got away with one today. Fair play to wanderers, battled with us and equalised 3 times after we went 1-0 down.

#limbs when the last minute winner went in. We didn’t deserve it but we’ll take it all day. A great show of character to get over the line.
