This has been an absolute nightmare. It has deeply affected our ability to make sales. I'm not able to promote or run ads on FB or IG because apparently they're connected, so my two largest advertising platforms are essentially gone. I can't even tell you how stressful this is

@XboxSupport I bought a Xbox One S from eBay. I’m having trouble with the console staying on after a few seconds it shuts itself off. I contacted eBay they say I have a warranty for 1 year. I need help to get my console to stay on. I don’t think it’s overheating.
