Two people are facing dozens of felony charges for an alleged multi-year scheme to receive more than $10.9 million from Indiana's Medicaid program.

Faith Casas, 26, and Alexander Byrnes, 39, are charged with:
- 16 counts of fraud as a Level 4 felony
- 35 counts of fraud as a Level 5 felony
- One count of fraud as a Level 6 felony

Prosecutors allege Casas falsely portrayed herself as the owner of Senior Home Care Agency to conceal Byrnes' ownership because his prior felony convictions made him ineligible to operate a Medicaid-funded personal services agency.

Byrnes pleaded guilty in 2022 to felony theft, forgery and fraud on a financial institution, according to court records.

Investigators say concealing Byrnes' involvement from FSSA and the IDOH allowed Senior Home Care to obtain a license, enroll as a Medicaid provider and receive more than $10.9 million in reimbursements.

Prosecutors say Byrnes used Senior Home Care's business accounts to fund hundreds of thousands of dollars in personal spending.

According to court documents, Byrnes racked up the following expenses:
- $330,000 spent at nightclubs
- $180,000 spent on hotels
- $42,000 for a gold Rolex Day-Date purchased from Reis-Nichols
- $28,000 on DoorDash
- Purchases at Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Prada
- Yacht charters and international travel, including trips to Monaco, Ibiza and Tokyo

Additionally, Brynes allegedly used company funds to make restitution payments stemming from his 2022 felony conviction.

While prosecutors don't specifically say the personal and luxury expenses were illegal, they allege it shows Byrnes was the true operator of the company.

13News has reached out to the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration and Indiana Attorney General's Office for comment, but have not yet heard back.
