Breaking🚨

The Illinois Senate has passed SB42, which would prohibit law enforcement from searching a vehicle based solely on the odor of cannabis.

The bill now moves to the House, where it must first pass through committee and then be approved in a full House vote before it can advance to Governor Pritzker’s desk.
