What a day yesterday was. Red was proud to deliver a day for contact centres to talk about how to best attract and retain new talent for our great industry. Working with Jane Thomas and the @swccf1 and the Northern Contact Centre Forum.
Yesterday some of #TeamRed and Jane Thomas attended the Call and Contact Centre Expo in London.
We were looking at any new and interesting innovations, networking, and catching up with many industry friends!
We’re back in the office today connecting with those we met yesterday!
What a great couple of days at the Contact Centre People Hub!
The first session was held at The Very Group. Thank you Lucie Child and the wider Very team for being fantastic hosts - we were in awe at your centre and left with office envy!
Thank you to all who attended, each session had a great turnout, a massive thank you to our fantastic panel Mary Murphy, Andrea Burke, Donna Czyzewski, Lucie Child, Zoe Burne, Neil Davidson, Oliver Jerrome, Jonathan Evans, Sharon Gill and Tom Grandy and The Very Group and WPA!
We could have spent all day discussing the data and it is fair to say both sessions went too quickly – Katy and Jane will be more than pleased to continue discussing the data with anyone wanting to know more.
This was a selection of Red’s top performers, a thank you for their continued hard work, contribution and care over the last quarter.
A much-deserved reward in such a tough market where efforts have had to more than double for the same results year on year.

A great event, an opportunity to spend time with each other out of the office environment and to let our hair down!

Today was Red’s Quarterly Company Day, the theme being the General Election or Wimbledon. 🎾 We had tennis players, Wimbledon attendees and Nigel Farage in the office and enjoyed both breakfast and lunch together on Red. #ContactCentre
The team enjoyed a fantastic evening at the #SouthWestContactCentreAwards and would like to congratulate all the winners for their very deserving wins. The awards highlighted the excellence in this region and reminded us of why we are so passionate about this #industryofchoice
