The big retail grocery profits? where their used to be locals running that service ? putting their CURRECY back into that community? or the servos' ? owned with debt? where does that PROFIT go? straight out of the nation..It's called the "velocity of currency" AND to those who have read a book??? I apologise, 90% will not know this. Likewise the machinery and plant and the solar powered space ship you drop the kids off at pony club in?all made in China or somewhere else ...that wealth leaves Australia. Just like the produce. So when you see regional Australia begging for money to create yet another boondoggle of corruption and waste , just know one thing YOU HELPED make that happen.!!! Because all that currency that used to go round in that little region? used to recirculate creating wealth around the hamlet? Happy well fed families and communties working together enjoying the fruit of their labour. Now what do you get back from China and else where ? where you sent the wealth? Crack cocaine, fentanyl, human labour to fill the legalised brothels and havens of social mental illness and the complete demoralisation of local pride and ambition. And aforementioned fat man of the land points the finger at you...and says "you made the decision, to drink that beer, smoke that cigarette, take that drug , ruin your life!!!" Not me!! I'm a "Big MAN!!!" with a big mouth and small brain to match. So to the Australian worker. Whom I know to be the most decent people of this nation. Oh and one last post from the "little man"lol . I agree with you on the "negative gearing" thing. I actually believe capital gains tax should not exist at all. It used to be the one way builders could hedge against a rising market in project investment back in the 70's a bit like futures for farmers (another victim of the money print scam). But too many builders started to create wealth , with out becoming "doctors" So the left joined the "learned status" crowd and cooked up negative gearing to combat the problem. Now most builders go broke. So the communists are happy and the learned status people of happy in their public sector subsidies and scams. A close family member is a CPA. Been through all the politicised jargon. The problem is the entire government money printing operation selects winners and loser's right there at the spigot when the tap opens. Once you see you cannot un see how the money works. The system is cooked and that is why most of the smart billionaires are moving into their bunkers LOL

The great thing about this post, it starts the conversation. And from the comments? proves the entitled mindset of the "learned status" participants in the government ponzi. Also for the eagle eyes that pick up the 25mm 20 mm plate, difference. I actually can't remember if it was 32mm 25..or 20 mm? it was in the middle of a 2 month run of fitting reaction arms to diggers, bucket repairs and head bracket extensions for other clients. I was fabricating mezzanines for doubles about 3 weeks after this. I can't be bothered editing the post. The carbon gauging was the killer on this job , getting the old plate out to fit the new wear plates. Took abot 3 days. It was a 500 amp machine and it really needed about 800. But we worked with what we had, carbon gouging destroys power transformers on welders i reckon, they never run the same after carbon gouging. I did a job at Colac for a pal about 6 months later using a plasma gouging set up , really great set up. Plasma is the way to go on a 3 phase machine.

Not for nothing John. If anything it showed the world that ordinary Americans are engaged. The amount "anti Americanism" in places like Australia was off the charts before J6. You guys have inspired people around the world. It opened a lot of eyes about how far down the road we are. Even Trump whom i'm not sure was ever really a player or plant. I'm not anti Trump , however he has become concerning in relation to letting criminals be criminals. He was put in power by people to do the exact opposite .
