@thameswater No but I think it must be over a year. Its not a big barrier about 2 in. high but it makes it difficult to cross the road an get onto path.

@thameswater @SurreyCouncil No board this concrete barrier was put up to stop the car park flooding while @thameswater sorted the drains out so told by @SurreyCouncil
