A lovely afternoon trying our healthy ice lollies! πππ«πππ They proved to be very popular. We also released our butterflies, we have enjoyed observing their lifecycle over the past few weeks! ππ¦
With the hotter weather arriving, we thought it would be a good idea to make healthy ice lollies to cool down. We enjoyed designing our ice lollies, we then chopped fruit and added juice to make them. We cannot wait to taste them once they have frozen! πππ«πππ

We have enjoyed colour mixing in the outdoor classroom today! We worked hard to wipe the excess paint and water from our brush so the paint did not drip down the page.
At Forest School today, we have been busy making fairy potions each with a unique smell. We hope the fairies enjoy their βperfume, aftershave, bubble bath and cocktailsβ. π§ββοΈπ§ͺπΌ@OASES_NorthEast

EYFS children were very concerned about a patch or grass in our outdoor area this afternoon. They independently used their phonic knowledge to warn others to βkeep off the grass!ββοΈ
We loved having a visit from Christine and Adrian of @CLS_Police who came to tell us about the role of the police. We were lucky enough to try on some real police uniform and have our fingerprints taken. ππΌπ #peopleandcommunities
This half term we enjoyed visiting our local Town Chester-Le-Street where we followed clues from Paddington Bear to visit the key features of a town. π #geography
We also listened intently to another story that Jesus told. The children were shown a range of different bibles too. A huge thank you to @Suerjwhite for your time and giving the children an invaluable experience. βͺοΈβοΈ
