Today, the Membership of TWU Local 556 voted to ratify TA2024. Of the eligible Members who could vote, 92.7% voted on TA2024, 81% voted yea and 19% voted nay.
Your relentless fight resulted in a Contract that represented many historic firsts for our Local and for our industry. By voting in the Contract you fought to achieve, you helped to better the role of Flight Attendant for all.

TA2024 now becomes our new Collective Bargaining Agreement with Southwest Airlines. It goes into effect starting May 1, 2024. In the coming days, the TWU Local 556 Board of Elections will post details of its verification of the results on https://t.co/Ca7tm0PmUC.
