@CorKinetic Manual while I’m in the clinic, learning about why it’s safe to exercise and unlearning outdated myths about form/posture/etc so I can feel safer and more independent doing exercises on my own, when no one can see me struggle.
@LennartBentsen my first impulse is - preach ✊
but to be a 😈's advocate, what if when people say "my posture sucks" they actually mean something that's a little harder to describe, like lack of kinesthetic awareness to even explore various postures?
@UberPT@AdamMeakins Aren't "motor control ex" 😜 just a way of getting the pt to actively and purposefully move/use some part of their body (or a muscle group/whatever) in hopes of establishing some control over it. Doesn't that just live early on in the strengthening continuum?
In a new, intentionally misleading commentary, Nature continues to spin the debate about the origin of Covid-19 into a political instead of a factual question. This is shameful for a leading scientific journal.
Just gonna leave this small feasibility study here and slowly back away...
Exercise can help support those with lasting COVID symptoms! https://t.co/pP0to8tG7T
@AdamMeakins Since it seems non-surgical treatments are favored over inserting rods (not sure on the severity though) - doesn't that mean exercise? what else is there for twisted bones?
