A salon is getting ruthlessly attacked with ‘1 Star’ reviews because they had a Muslim woman come and although they tried their best to accommodate the Muslim, she still wasn’t happy

Because of her religion, the Muslims woman said there could be no males in the salon when she got her haircut, Islam forbids it

The salon has accommodated this hijab-wearing client before about a year ago. They did her hair in a back room, but the salon has gone through a remodel and now the back room is gone

The staff tried to book her when there were no male stylists working. She came in but the appointment took a long time, partially because of the language barrier

So she had to come in the next day to finish, but unfortunately there was now a male stylist in the building. So the solution was to have her wait until the male stylist left, and finish after the salon was closed

The Muslim woman’s husband got on the phone furious, told the staff not to interrupt him and refused to pay an after hours fee

After the male stylist left, they finished her haircut and the Muslim said she would never be back

Then the salon began getting hateful 1 Star reviews claiming their are anti- Muslim etc

We do NOT have to accommodate Muslim’s requests. This is America, they can assimilate or go home

The law says the salon doesn’t have to accommodate special requirements for Muslims

The law says a business cannot refuse service because of religion, but is NOT required to:

- Guarantee a men-free building during open hours
- Send a male employee home
- Lock the doors against delivery drivers and walk-ins because they might be male
- Recreate a private suite it no longer has
- Absorb extra labor at no charge because the client left early

We do not have to accommodate Muslims or their religion. If they want to live under Islamic rules, they can go live in Islamic countries, there are plenty to choose from. Assimilate or leave

Here's what nobody in the financial press understands because they've never watched this man operate from the inside. The Clarity Act was always a secondary mechanism. The primary architecture was being built simultaneously through agency rulemaking, executive directives, and private-sector partnerships that don't require a single Senate vote.

-The legislation was the gold standard.

-The agency rules are the fail-safe.

-The private-sector rails are the insurance policy.

Three layers, same outcome.

The Democrats were handed a bipartisan, industry-backed, common-sense market structure bill on a silver platter. They rejected it. They own that rejection now. And POTUS is about to make them wear it.

The SEC under its current chair doesn't need the Clarity Act to provide market structure clarity. The Securities Exchange Act of 1934 gives the Commission broad authority to issue interpretive guidance, supplemental policy statements, and rule amendments that functionally achieve the same outcome as statutory legislation.

The difference is permanence a statute requires Congress to repeal, while agency rules require a new administration to rewrite through the Administrative Procedure Act's notice-and-comment process.

The holdout juror is NOT an immigrant. According to marriage and divorce records, he married a Haitian immigrant. She was illegal. He did not know this when he married her.

He did not show his face. He is keeping to himself since his name was doxxed on X. His life has been threatened, and people have stalked his house. NBC Boston did not give you the full story.

Michael, the juror, is now divorced. He filed for divorce first. The marriage was fraudulent because she was not a citizen. When he did this, everything hit the fan. She didn’t want a divorce. His ex-wife filed a counterclaim a couple of months later. He was denied his divorce petition because she was not an American citizen.

The incident with the nephew - according to the juror, there is a lot of information that many do not know. For example, the nephew is 6-foot-2, and Michael is only 5-foot-7. This obviously does not give anyone the right to hit anyone. But I think it is safe to say that we do not know all of the facts of the matter. Michael stated the truth will come out.

None of this matters when it comes to what happened in the courtroom. He filled out his paperwork appropriately. He did not lie on his paperwork. He was asked if he had ever been arrested, and he checked the box “yes” and afterward had to describe what happened.

He even took the stand, and the prosecutor asked him questions. He was questioned about his past arrest. He was then selected. I would like to make it very clear that this is something that happens with all of the potential jurors present. Which means that the jurors who have already been interviewed could have said this at any point, but they chose to keep that information from the public.

Michael told Fugitive TV that from day one, eight of the jurors automatically wanted to go for not guilty.

The eight jurors were “activists,” according to Michael. He said every day they voted, and the eight who were convinced that she was not guilty were doing their best to convince the other four that she was not guilty.

At the very end, it was him and another juror. She was also voting guilty. At the last minute, she caved. He said he knew she was guilty based on the EVIDENCE.

He was open about what he believed and what he said. He said the other jurors are telling half-truths or just outright lies.

He’s never been convicted of a crime. His past should not matter. He said that the entire time, his ex-wife was just trying to get status and citizenship to live in the U.S.

Michael said that the report on him that went viral, where they said they spoke with his family members, did not report exactly what was actually said. He said that the family members they spoke to were likely family members of his ex-wife, and he does not even speak with them. Therefore, they cannot know what actually happened in the jury room. Who DID NBC Boston speak with? According to Michael, it was not one of his own family members.

Michael stated that he believes he’s being targeted because he is a Republican - a Black Republican with conservative values. He believes that he was on a juror panel with a large number of Democratic voters. And he knows exactly what’s happening right now, and I think that you all do as well.

A Black Republican stood his ground. It is not surprising that he is now being dragged through the mud.

This is a very bad precedent for people who will serve on a jury in the future for a national case. No one wants to do this when, based on their decision that they say is based on the evidence, they are crucified online for their political beliefs. You have all seen it. You have seen the threats that I get on a daily basis. I cannot imagine what this man is going through.

But for now, I stand with the Black conservative Republican juror.

-Dems successfully remove Trump in 2020 via releasing a man-made biological weapon, fear campaign, mass uprisings/unrest, mass mail-in ballots, and election fraud.

-Dems stage January 6th to prevent a contest to stolen election, and use it as a pretext to censor Trump and all his supporters from social media.

Purdue University Professor Tithi Bhattacharya is from India. She applied for citizenship in 2015. I'm uncertain if she's received it, she may have.

In her own words, she applied for citizenship after living here for nearly ten years. She cited the "stress of applying for visas" and the "election of Narendra Modi" as reasons for applying for citizenship.

She had several complaints about campuses in America, and had an idea on how to improve them: "The solution is to de-Zionize our campuses."

Those are her exact words. This is a professor from INDIA having the unmitigated balls to suggest we ban Jews from colleges.
