We didn’t get a cook for 10min. There were other people in the dinning area complaining as well. Out cook was AWESOME!!! The young lady that took our beverage order was nice. But the hostess needs to be trained in hospitality. We did talk to a manager and explained what happened

and tried to say they was there first. After speaking up we were seated. The carpet was dirty ( food droppings) needed to be swept. About 2 min later the other party whom the hostess tried to give our reservations to was seated and a cook / chef went straight to their table.

I was @Benihana Springfield Mall location. Horrible. The hostess was RUDE. She didn’t greet us when we came in. We had a 6:15 reservation arrived @ 6:05 we waited till after 7 to be seated. But before my friends and I got seated the hostess tried to give our spot to someone else
